Backup is not included at any tier, and the server is unmanaged by default. These are the two most worth adding.

Daily Backup 7-day retention Nightly encrypted snapshots of the whole server, held offsite for seven days and restorable from the client area without a ticket. No tier includes backup by default; this is the minimum we would run on anything holding data you cannot recreate.
